General

Is your site secure for payments?

Yes. Our checkout runs over HTTPS (SSL/TLS). Sensitive data is encrypted in transit; payment processing is handled by trusted providers. See our Security Policy for details. Which browsers and devices are supported?

Most modern browsers on phone, tablet, and desktop work great (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox). If something seems off, update your browser or try a different one—Chrome is a solid first choice. What happens if I get disconnected?

No worries—your progress auto-saves. Just log back in and you’ll resume where you left off. Can I start on one device and finish on another?

Yes. You can switch devices anytime; your course progress follows your account.

Courses & Approvals

Are your courses approved for ticket dismissal and insurance discounts?

Yes—approval and permitted uses vary by state and, for ticket dismissal, by court. We offer:
Texas: State-approved Defensive Driving (ticket dismissal and insurance discount where eligible).
Florida: Basic Driver Improvement (4-Hour BDI) accepted statewide where eligible.
New Mexico: Driver Safety/Defensive Driving recognized by many courts (confirm with your court).
Always confirm your court’s or insurer’s requirements before enrolling. How long are the courses?

Texas: 6 hours (state-set).
Florida BDI: 4 hours (state-set).
New Mexico: typically 6 hours (check your court’s instructions). You can take breaks—your progress is saved. Is there a final exam?

Yes. A 20-question multiple-choice exam (where required). You have up to three attempts at no extra charge. State rules may limit retakes. If you exhaust attempts, you’ll need to re-enroll.

Certificates & Delivery

How do I get my certificate?

After completion, you’ll see certificate delivery options appropriate for your state and purpose: download (where offered), mail, or court e-file (many TX courts). Availability varies by state/court. Once an e-file is submitted to a court, it’s final. Will you send my certificate directly to the court?

For many Texas courts, yes—choose the e-file option at checkout or on your dashboard when available. Otherwise, follow your court’s instructions using the certificate we provide.

Account & Support

I can’t log in or pages won’t load. What can I try?

First: refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R), then clear your browser cache, or try another browser. If you use a VPN, disable it temporarily. Still stuck? Contact us. How long do I have to finish?

You have up to 120 days from purchase to complete the course. After that, your registration may be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy).

Billing & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Yes—within 30 days of purchase if you have not completed the course (pass or fail) and none of the non-refundable conditions apply (e.g., maximum failed attempts reached, identity validation/affidavit not passed, certificate already delivered/e-filed, or other third-party services fulfilled). See our Refund Policy for full details. Are any fees non-refundable?

Third-party and fulfillment charges—such as court e-file, mailing/shipping, downloadable delivery, and optional driving record services—are not refundable once processed.

Privacy & Security

How do you protect my information?

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards and use encryption in transit. Access to personal data is limited to authorized staff for legitimate purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Security Policy.
